Two separate things, kept separate. Account data — the name, work email, company and phone you give us when you request a demo, create a tenant or contact us. And telemetry — the operational measurements your agents and collectors send: power draw, CPU, memory, temperature, equipment status and the actions taken on them.
Telemetry is about machines, not people. We do not collect process command lines, file contents, network payloads, or anything that identifies an individual user of your infrastructure.
Telemetry is retained for the life of your tenant; daily rollups are kept and raw samples are aged out. Audit entries are kept for the life of the tenant because they exist to be looked back at. Contact form submissions are deleted 24 months after the last exchange. On tenant deletion, the entire database is dropped — not flagged deleted.
No advertising networks, no analytics broker, no data sale — the public site carries no third-party tracker at all. Sub-processors are limited to infrastructure hosting and, where you enable the AI advisor, the model provider you configure. You choose that provider; if you choose none, no data leaves your deployment for that purpose.
Access, correction, export and deletion, on request, at [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. Export is a database dump of your own tenant in an open format — we do not treat your measurements as leverage.
One session cookie once you log in, and one local preference for light or dark mode. Neither is used for tracking and there is no advertising cookie, which is why this site does not show you a consent banner.
